Wien (Vienna), April 16, 2009 – Today an invited review article on the selective endothelin receptor antagonist, sitaxentan (Pfizer's THELIN(R) was published in Clinical Medicine: Therapeutics, an open access journal that focuses on key issues in pharmacotherapy. THELIN(R) is an oral drug  for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension, a relatively rare but massively impairing and cardiorespiratory disease that kills patients within a few years through right heart failure.
